By accessing our services provided, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to the use and disclosure of your private data, as defined in this Privacy Statement, by using Rovemarket Services.

When you use our Services we may collect or receive information about you. We generally do not permit people to deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide the Services to you.
Information You Provide Directly
You may provide information to us when you use our Services, including the process of registering with our Services, searching within or placing orders through our Services, contacting us with inquiries, responding to surveys, or otherwise accessing any of our Services. This information may include your full legal name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information, including credit card information and billing address used to complete the purchase transaction, and other information that may identify you.
When you place an order through our Services, we collect information related to that order, including searches conducted through the Services, the products or services purchased, and the date and time of the purchase and delivery.

We may retrieve precise location information in regards to the order status from the Rovemarket app used by the customer. If the customer allows permission for Rovemarket service to access the location services used by the customer’s phone operating system (“Platform”) or Internet browser, Rovemarket should be able to obtain the precise location of the customer’s device whilst the Rovemarket app is running in the background as the order is being processed. Rovemarket may also identify the estimated location of the customer from the customer’s IP address. Rovemarket will utilize the customer’s location details to assist the customer in searching for their delivery address so as to facilitate more accurate deliveries of the orders of the customers.
Additional Information Collected From Delivery Partners
When participating as an Rovemarket Delivery Partner, we would also collect some information automatically regarding to your deliveries which includes:

The date and time of logging in and signing up;

The acceptance and declination of delivery;

Your overall rate of acceptance and declination of delivery;

The amount of time you take to complete one delivery;

The number of deliveries you make;

The date and time when you accept, decline or cancel a delivery;

The rout you take to complete a delivery;

The number of deliveries per order;

Customer’s ratings and feedbacks;

Your real-time location at any time during active work as a Delivery Partner.
Use of cookies and other technology to collect information
We and our third party business partners automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website or use our Service. When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your device that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. If you send text messages with Homeshops using the telephone number for that Dasher available on the Services, we may use a third-party service provider to track these text messages. We track these text messages for fraud prevention, to ensure appropriate charging of fees, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, and for quality and training purposes. As part of this process, Rovemarket and its service provider will receive in real time and store data about your text message, including the date and time of the text message, your phone number, and the content of the text message.

Rovemarket may send information with the permission of the customer with third-parties which facilitate the services for Rovemarket such as those who facilitate the processing of a payment, advertising, analytical web services, processing of data, technical services, customer support, and any associated solutions. To assure high customer service and delivery, customer personal details may be disseminated to drivers who can accomplish the deliveries being requested.
Rovemarket may share personal information such as the customer’s name, phone number, order details, feedback of the customer, and information associated with the orders of customers with shop partners. Rovemarket may also disclose information in the most anonymous or aggregate way to 3rd parties.
Rovemarket accepts the documents relevant to your orders and can comprise of private information. However, when required to protect and defend legal rights of Rovemarket, protect the safety and security of users of our Services, prevent fraud, abide with the law, respond to legal proceedings, or a request for compliance from a government agency, we may be compelled to report your details to third parties including law enforcement agencies. We also built an approach that strikes a balance between protecting the privacy of consumers and responding to legitimate law enforcement demands available at any of Rovemarket’s services.

Verify whether you are present in the city or region in which you intend to deliver;

Assess whether you have met requirements for promotional or incentive pay programs;

Assess supply, demand, and other factors associated with aggregate business progress;

Assess activity and acceptance rates, customer ratings, and other factors;

Contact you with promotional offerings or other communications that may be of interest to you;

Help the Homeshop on our platform improve their offerings;
Additionally, when you are participating as one of Rovemarket’s Delivery partners, you must allow your location to be received by Rovemarket’s Delivery service platforms through the permission granted from your mobile operating system.
3. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
If you are a registered Rovemarket user, you may access or modify certain aspects of your personal details by logging into our Site using your username and password, and visiting the “Account” page. Registered users may also manage their subscriptions in our “Account” page. You may contact us at technology.rove@gmail.com to access, modify, or deactivate your account. You may disable our ability to use cookies by using the cookie controls in your web browser.
If we send you marketing emails about services that may interest you, each email will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future marketing or other communications.

You may also have the option of posting your activities on our Services and other content to a Social Network when you access content through our Services. For example, you may post to Instagram that you have gotten your order with Rovemarket. Keep in mind that your activity on a Social Network is governed by that Social Network and not by Rovemarket, and may be visible or accessible to the public.

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes. Rovemarket may aggregate and anonymize data and may retain aggregate or anonymized data indefinitely.
5. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age and we do not collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to us please contact us at admin@rovemarket.com. A parent or guardian of a child under age 13 may review and request deletion of the child’s personal information.

If the customer gives their personal details through any third-party website, it is highly advised for the customer to recognise these privacy policies and acts of the third party.
8. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Rovemarket is an international company and as a result, regardless of where you use our Services, the information collected as part of that use may be transferred to and maintained on servers located in countries other than Australia, such as in the United States. We may from time to time use Third Party storage providers for this purpose. Since Rovemarket is based in Australia, any information we obtain about you will at a minimum be stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws, regulations, and standards, which may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of residence.
